He said he had asked around with no success and he had also spoken with the service manager, and the service manger would have had someone come with a master key to get the lugs off and he wouldn’t authorize reimbursement for the locks. He said he would ask around since I didn’t have the name and he would talk to the service manager and assured me I would get a call back.Again no call, so I called again the next afternoon, I got the same service rep. I called the following day and spoke with another service rep and explained everything again. I called the service department to inquire, and was told by the service rep that he would talk to the service manager and call me back, unfortunately I didn’t write down his name, I was walking since my truck was getting tires done. For the life of me I could not figure out where the lug key would have went, then I remembered the tire rotation that I had done at Clovis Dodge Ram. I agreed because I had taken off work for the appointment and didn’t want to ask for more time off for another appointment. I told the service tech helping me with my appointment and he said they would be able to remove but they would no longer be usable. I looked everywhere for it, including the jack location under the passenger seat. I went to retrieve the wheel lock for my wheels, low and behold it was not where I had placed it. Well three days ago I purchased new tires and a local tire shop. Everything was done in a timely manner and I was on my way. So a few months back I took my 2019 Ram in for oil change and tire rotation. So a few months back I took my 2019 Ram in for oil change. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB and will be taking legal action if necessary. I was nervous to post a review because they still have my Jeep, but I don't want anyone else to experience this terrible dealership. I contacted Jeep's corporate customer service, but even they haven't been able to get a resolution. It is now the second half of October and they still will not return my calls. Another week later I was told they had to drop the engine to complete the repairs. In September, I was finally called back and told that my service advisor was out with COVID so no one worked on my Jeep. After two weeks, I began calling and leaving voicemails with no response from anyone at the dealership. This time I was told parts were in stock, and it would be ready in a week.
I returned to the dealership and found about they only replaced the DPF, and the issue now was the SCR. I drove it home and later that day the lights and message were back. They finally got parts in July and I had my Jeep back at the end of the month. After about a month with no update, I began calling to get answers. No biggie, it's under a Jeep extended warranty, but I was told parts were not in stock, and due to supply constraints it would take a while to get them. I ended up paying for it, and afterward, they told me they were able to perform the necessary service but it did not fix the issue, and they would need to replace the ENTIRE after-treatment. Eventually, they called me and told me it needed an oil change and a new fuel filter even though the previous dealership had done this as well. Another week later I called back and was told they had diagnosed the issue (diesel after-treatment issue) but could not fix it without further investigation. I was transferred to another advisor, who also said they would get back to me in a couple of days. A week later when I called them, I was told that my advisor had too much work so no one had looked at my Jeep yet. I dropped it off in April 2022, and the service advisor told me to expect a call after a day or two. Would be 0-stars if possible! I took my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Champion's service department after another dealership could not diagnose the issue that was causing the malfunction indicator lamp and a "service electronic throttle" message to appear.
